Remedial Massage
Remedial massage therapy is a specialised form of massage aimed at addressing musculoskeletal issues and improving overall physical functioning. By employing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, it alleviates pain, improves range of motion, and enhances overall musculoskeletal functioning.
MYOFASCIAL Release
Myofascial Release is a manual technique that involves applying sustained pressure to release tension and improve mobility within the fascial network of the body. By targeting fascial restrictions, it aims to alleviate pain, enhance range of motion, and improve balance throughout the fascial network.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on modality that uses light touch to address restrictions within the craniosacral system, and throughout the body as a whole. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction

About Brad
Brad is a qualified Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapist.
Brad graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2009 and has been in clinical practice for fifteen years. He has also been a Remedial Massage lecturer and clinical supervisor. Brad specialises in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy; both of which are subtle modalities which work with the body’s inherent ability to tend towards health. Brad believes in treating the body holistically and in working to create ease within the tissues to achieve optimal functional capacity.
In his treatments Brad creates individualised treatment plans and in addition to the above modalities employs a range of other techniques, including deep tissue techniques, sports massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques and exercise prescription according to your requirements.
Brad is available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am – 6:30pm.
