Vouchers can be used for personalised remedial massage treatments tailored to individual needs, whether for pain relief, injury management, or ongoing maintenance. Choose from single or multi-session options: 60min treatments ($130), 2 × 60min ($260), 3 × 60min ($390), 5 × 60min ($650): or a 90-minute treatment ($195). Custom voucher amounts are also available. All vouchers are delivered digitally and purchased securely via our Square eGift Card system using the button below.

Gift Card Policy – Myocentric Remedial Massage

Effective date: 4 January 2026

1. About our gift cards

Myocentric Remedial Massage (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) that can be redeemed for eligible remedial massage services booked with us.

2. Issuer

Gift Cards are issued by Myocentric Remedial Massage (sole trader).

3. Purchasing gift cards

Gift Cards can be purchased via our website and/or via our Square eGift Card page (where enabled).

You must provide accurate recipient and delivery details (e.g., email address).

If you purchase a Gift Card for someone else, you are responsible for entering the recipient’s email correctly.

4. Delivery

Digital Gift Cards are usually delivered by email to the nominated recipient (or to you, if you choose).

If an email delivery fails due to an incorrect email address or spam filtering, we’ll make reasonable efforts to assist, but we’re not responsible for delivery issues outside our control.

5. Redemption and eligible services

Gift Cards may be redeemed only for services provided by Myocentric Remedial Massage, unless we state otherwise in writing.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

6. Appointments and availability

All bookings are subject to practitioner availability.

To redeem a Gift Card, the recipient should book an appointment and present the Gift Card details at the time of booking or prior to the appointment (as directed in our booking process).

7. Expiry

No expiry date: Our Gift Cards do not expire (unless required otherwise by law for a specific product type or promotion, in which case the expiry will be clearly stated at the time of purchase).

Where a gift card has no expiry date, this will be stated accordingly.

8. Fees and charges

We do not charge any post-purchase (post-supply) fees such as inactivity fees, account-keeping fees, or balance enquiry fees.

Replacement of a lost/damaged Gift Card may involve reasonable identity and verification steps. If a reissue fee is ever charged, it will only be where permitted by law and disclosed before you agree.

9. Using the balance and split payments

If your service total is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance stays available for future services.

If your service total is more than the Gift Card value, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

10. Change of mind, refunds, and returns

Gift Cards are generally not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Cancellations and no-shows

Our cancellation policy applies equally to bookings made with Gift Cards. If you cancel late or do not attend, we may deduct an amount from the Gift Card balance (or treat the Gift Card as redeemed for that session) consistent with the cancellation terms presented to you at booking time.

12. Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards

Treat Gift Cards like cash. If a Gift Card is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission: contact us as soon as possible; and we may be able to cancel and reissue the Gift Card only if we can verify the original purchase and the Gift Card has not been redeemed.

We are not responsible for unauthorised use where we cannot reasonably prevent it.

13. Fraud and misuse

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend a Gift Card or redemption if we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse.

14. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable Australian privacy requirements.

15. Complaints and feedback

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. You can contact us directly to raise a concern. As an Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) member, clients also have the right to make a complaint relating to professional conduct, and ATMS publishes a formal complaints process.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on our website applies at the time you purchase a Gift Card (except where changes are required by law).
