Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Myocentric Remedial Massage, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fairness and the efficient operation of the clinic, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

1. Notice Period

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Notice may be provided via:

  • Online booking system

  • Email

  • SMS or phone call

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment start time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

3. Failure to Attend (No-Shows)

If a client fails to attend an appointment without providing any notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

4. Emergency & Illness Consideration

Myocentric Remedial Massage understands that emergencies and sudden illness can occur.

  • Exemptions may be considered at the discretion of the practitioner

  • Clients are asked to contact the clinic as soon as practicable, preferably by 9:00am on the day of the appointment

  • Repeated late cancellations, even for illness, may still incur fees

5. Outstanding Fees

Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled prior to booking further appointments.

6. Waiting List & Fair Use

This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other clients who may require treatment. Late cancellations limit access for clients on the waiting list and disrupt clinic operations.

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with Myocentric Remedial Massage either online, in person, or via written or verbal communication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
